My teaching method is Instructions with practical demo and the student follows instructions and then student explains his observations and feelings and then session to give student clarity on his/her doubts.
I take classes on skype and in person in groups. Before taking a class, i need to understand the individual and what is it that he seeks from the Meditation session. In groups the meditation session taken is in general unless specified.
