Deep Healing Classes, Yogasanas, Pranayam and Meditative Mindfulness Sessions are tought in my classes. However, the teaching method and points are diffrent for a specific group of people and for Individuals as per their requirements.
Method of teaching depends on the student and hence its flexible. Before starting with the asans it's important to connect with the innerself to attain the maximum benefit of any asan. Also the breathing during asans play vital role.
Each Yoga Class usually starts with centering of body and breath with Pranyama followed by an Asana routine and end with another Pranayama routine. Pranayama and Asana routines are always customised as suited for the student. Personalised course plan is always shared with the student.
My teaching method includes meditation followed by Asana and cooling down for 1 hour. My way of approach to Asana practice includes both theoretical and practical methods.

In my one hour session I basically teach 30 mins of Asanas, 15 mins of warmup and 15 mins of pranayama (breathing exercise) thus, you will start learning not only about asanas but also about breath control.
