This asana is performed in two parts, facing left and facing right. There are only a few steps in which you can do a perfect Trikonasana.
First, you need to part your feet one leg-length apart. Your knees must be bent, your right foot entirely to the outside, and the left foot less than 45 degrees to the inside, keeping the heels in line with the hip. The arms are to be spread out to the sides parallel to the ground, palm facing down. Later on, stretch as per your flexibility. Do the same on another side. This pose is effortless to do, but the people having back injury should avoid the practice of Trikonasana.
Sirsasana helps in calming the brain and relieving the stress; it strengthens the arms, legs, spine, improves digestion, and the abdominal organs. This asana is very easy for those who have the right balance. You only need to balance your body on your head. However, children and glaucoma people should avoid this asana.
Halasana is commonly known as the plow pose and helps in calming the brain, stimulates thyroid glands, helps relieve the symptoms of menopause, reduces stress and fatigue, and stretches the spine. This asana is quite easy to do. You need to raise your body in the air and bring your feet to the ground over your face. Keep your knees unbent, and your body straight. The person having weak legs or enlarged thyroid should avoid this asana. Pregnant women and people having an enlarged liver and spleen should also avoid this pose as it can lead to various problems.
Dhanurasana is commonly known as bow pose, which strengthens the back muscles and improves posture. It also helps in stretching the entire front of the body, ankles, thighs, etc. It even stimulates the organs of your abdomen and neck. In this yoga, you need to hold your legs with your hands and then stretch your body on the backside. People having neck or back pain, migraine, or high blood pressure and ones who have recent abdominal surgery should avoid this asana.
