These questions might strike your mind if you are a fresher, but you got the solution with online yoga classes. For accessing online yoga, you do not need to step out of your home, even though you can perform yoga next to professionals and experts.

Compared to offline yoga classes, online yoga classes are filled with benefits.

Benefits of Online Yoga Classes

“Yoga At Home”

You must have heard of "Work From Home", “Study From Home,” similarly, the online yoga classes promote the term “Yoga From Home.” By accessing online yoga classes, you can add on to the most comfort in your sessions. If you feel trouble learning yoga in public then learning the asanas online will be a great help to you. You can stay healthy and fit by practising yoga in the comfort of your home.

It becomes more feasible when you are learning yoga from YouTube because you can easily switch channels and find the best trainer for you.

A Time That Suits Your Day

A lot of times, people tend to ignore learning Yoga because of the overlapping of yoga classes with their work schedules. However, the most significant benefit of online yoga classes is that you get the liberty to choose your time slot. You can practice yoga at any time of day at your convenience.

Learn at your own pace

Everyone has a different speed of catching things. The same happens when it comes to learning yoga. While you are learning in a yoga studio, you might feel trouble catching up with your batch mates speed. There is no such issue while learning yoga online. You are free to learn at your own pace without any humiliation as you are not supposed to match anyone’s speed as it might happen in yoga studios. So prepare only to learn at your own pace!

There are various yogas which you must practice daily to keep your mind and body healthy.

Yoga Asanas To Stay Healthy

Bhujangasana, commonly also known as cobra pose, offers you many benefits if done regularly. This yoga strengthens the spine, tones the buttocks, stimulates abdominal organs, opens the heart and lungs, etc. Bhujangasan is very easy to do. In this asana, your palms must be placed under the soldiers, stretch your body in the air until the hips lift slightly, the backs and the feet should rest on the ground. The legs must be outstretched; the gaze is directed forward, giving you the basic pose. Well, this yoga has many benefits, but the people having injured back or hernia and pregnant women should not perform this pose.

Trikonasana, commonly known as the triangle pose, offers you many benefits if you add it in your daily yoga routine. This yoga strengthens the thigh’s knees and ankles, stretches the hips, groins hamstrings and calves, stimulates the abdominal organs, helps relieve stress and improves digestion.

This asana is performed in two parts, facing left and facing right. There are only a few steps in which you can do a perfect Trikonasana.

First, you need to part your feet one leg-length apart. Your knees must be bent, your right foot entirely to the outside, and the left foot less than 45 degrees to the inside, keeping the heels in line with the hip. The arms are to be spread out to the sides parallel to the ground, palm facing down. Later on, stretch as per your flexibility. Do the same on another side. This pose is effortless to do, but the people having back injury should avoid the practice of Trikonasana.

Sirsasana helps in calming the brain and relieving the stress; it strengthens the arms, legs, spine, improves digestion, and the abdominal organs. This asana is very easy for those who have the right balance. You only need to balance your body on your head. However, children and glaucoma people should avoid this asana.

Halasana is commonly known as the plow pose and helps in calming the brain, stimulates thyroid glands, helps relieve the symptoms of menopause, reduces stress and fatigue, and stretches the spine. This asana is quite easy to do. You need to raise your body in the air and bring your feet to the ground over your face. Keep your knees unbent, and your body straight. The person having weak legs or enlarged thyroid should avoid this asana. Pregnant women and people having an enlarged liver and spleen should also avoid this pose as it can lead to various problems.

Dhanurasana is commonly known as bow pose, which strengthens the back muscles and improves posture. It also helps in stretching the entire front of the body, ankles, thighs, etc. It even stimulates the organs of your abdomen and neck. In this yoga, you need to hold your legs with your hands and then stretch your body on the backside. People having neck or back pain, migraine, or high blood pressure and ones who have recent abdominal surgery should avoid this asana.
