My teaching method starts from basics, as students lack in basics of mathematics. Basics are the core, and my approach is real life application, so that students get high power of visualization.
I give more stress on imparting basic fundamental so that students can solve any numerical very easily. During tuition, previous 4-5 years university papers are solved to build required self confidence in student. Simple tricks to remember complex and long equations are given so that student can remember the complicated equations permanently.
The methodology followed in my class is: 1. Pre-topic test (before teaching a topic) To assess the knowledge a student already has about that topic 2. Lecture: I will teach that particular topic 3.
Break down the topics and look at the basics/concepts to get at the bottom Run down the sample questions and practice to strengthen understanding Have a revision of the topics covered and mark the important points from exam point of view
From my experience in training students over the past few years, I have realized that many students who are enthusiastic about enhancing their mathematical aptitude don’t get the right guidance for the same and are stuck with school textbooks. I envision to run a program designed to push them beyond their comfort zone and force them to think in novel ways of approaching mathematical problems.
One to one interaction & believe that learn math by writing is only a solution to understand math in depth. More one student writes,more he understands math & less he forgets the same & hence solves the problems by writing is the successful mantra in learning math well in any level.
My teaching methodology is mostly relating the topic to real world examples. With the help of these examples, which are already happening with the students in day to day life, they can relate the topic easily to those examples and understand the topic perfectly. Understanding the mechanism and the logic is very important, once that happens, then any topic becomes a piece of cake to crack.

I prefer to work on basic concepts before moving into the topic. If the student is already well-versed with basics, then after a quick revision, lessons start. I give numerous examples and scenarios to help the student understand the concept. Concepts are the building blocks of knowledge and concepts take students a long long way into academics.
