I am Yoga Teacher. Did one month and one year TTC from The Yoga Institute. Currently I am taking ONLINE and OFFLINE sessions. Practiced IYENGAR YOGA for two years. Also did Power Yoga certification. Also assisted qualified and experienced teachers.

Specialized in Traditional Yoga and Iyengar Yoga. Also specialize in taking Pranayama and Meditation and Conscious Relaxation. I plan session according to students requirement and health and. My session is combination of Surya Namaskar, Ashtanga vinyasa flow, Asanas, Shavasana, Pranayama and Meditation.

Hi I have taken her classes she is very good in work ... the good think about is her she give u that extra push n always guiding u in ur process never will make u feel that u can not do it or u r not doing it in right way ... she very watch full during the sessions whether u r in group or alone ... correcting ur posturs very patient with the Clint ... I had Avery good working sessions with her .
