Priyamvada is a Yoga and Mindfulness coach. She completed her Yoga teachers training certification from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai. She has also been a practitioner of Iyengar Yoga. Since Priyamvada has 1000 + hours of experience of formally learning Mindfulness and Yoga and self-practice, she can effortlessly make a new student get a glimpse of these practices. She believes in keeping the teachings simple to connect with her students. Apart from spending some time on the mat, she recommends some small tweaks in the diet and lifestyle of the individual.
I have certification in Zen meditation from Inter-Religious department of St Xaviers college. I have learnt Yoga from Isha Yoga and 900 hours TTC from The Yoga Institute. Taken 10 Vipassana courses at Pagoda. I am also an Iyengar Yoga practitioner.
Some other courses I have done are from Kaivalyadhama, Bharat Soka Gakai, Bhramakumari, Arya Samaj girls camp, Brahmavidya, YSS and ISKON.

The facial muscles are most neglected. Age shows up here. Facial would not be as helpful an duing the few daily face yoga Exercises you tight today. They will rejuvenate the neck, eyes, ears and head and help tighten our musdes and make them lustrous. It will reduce damage caused due to ageing

My experience after Priyamvada’s online session was more of a revision to Yoga that I learnt as a 14-year-old. And I must tell, she was as patient with me as my guru was to me. I was in a time of mental hullabaloo, I wasn’t able to take the lockdown positively. Her session got me back to my calm and comfort zone. I was also late on my menstruation cycle and soon after I did a session with her, bam! Also, it majorly relieved my anxiety.
Priyamvada has a very calm and soothing vibe to her and I caught that from her online session! She knows exactly what yoga suits your body type and you’d easily continue to do it on your own. I totally would recommend her for learning online yoga because she generally made me very happy too

Face yoga was a new experience. The face muscles felt relaxed and it was refreshing. Definitely a great session. Would love to try other forms of Yoga as well.
