My teaching methodology is mostly based on my years of experience as well as form my teaching experience of last 10 years. My focus is on holistic development of my student who trains under me I prepare them Physically, technically and Tactically.
To encourage students in the field of sports and introduce to the whole of martial arts like self defense, fitness, combating etc. I start my class with warm-up, followed by strength training exercises continued with techniques and combinations , sparring and ending with cool down.
