My method of teaching only has two answers i.e. Listen and practice. Only these two combinations will make a person from an ordinary citizen to a kyokushin practitioner. Classes will go on as demanded and will have both theory and practical technique.
I have plan of training scheduled for Client and to take regular practices for developing Client status, I have the punctuality for training programme to arranging daily or trice a week practices. Mostly I am looking always for result oriented programme for the client development. I have a hard working and motivational and sincerity personality person for good behaviour character.
To encourage students in the field of sports and introduce to the whole of martial arts like self defense, fitness, combating etc. I start my class with warm-up, followed by strength training exercises continued with techniques and combinations , sparring and ending with cool down.
First I prepare the body to withstand martial arts training and then I start with the techniques , so one can adapt to rigorous training .
I start with basic stretching of body to make you flexible for various art forms of fight and also give some aerobic exercises to tone up your body and creates mental balance between mind and body to give superb results.
