My name is Misbah, and I am a Trauma Healing Specialist and Wellness Coach with 12+ years of experience supporting individuals through emotional pain, life transitions, and deep personal transformation. My journey into healing began with a desire to understand the human mind, emotions, and the ways our past shapes our present. Over the years, I have trained in NLP, Reiki, Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, and mind–body practices, allowing me to guide clients with warmth, intuition, and professional depth. I am certified as a Yoga Alliance USA Teacher, NLP Master Practitioner, Silva Mind Method Instructor, Usui & Karuna Reiki Healer, and Tibetan Sound Bowl Practitioner. These modalities help me hold space for clients who are navigating trauma, emotional burnout, money-related fear, relationship wounds, and periods of feeling directionless or disconnected from themselves. What sets my work apart is my ability to combine emotional understanding with structured, practical tools. I bring the sensitivity of a healer, the clarity of a coach, and the grounded presence of someone who has walked through her own challenges — and emerged with compassion and strength. Each session is entirely personalized. I begin by gently understanding your emotional state, patterns, and healing needs. From there, I guide you through a blend of breathwork, meditation, NLP mindset work, Reiki healing, and sound therapy to calm your nervous system, release emotional weight, and restore inner balance.
For clients experiencing stress, trauma, or emotional instability, I create grounding practices that build inner safety. For those facing money trauma, sleeplessness, anxiety, or chronic pressure, we work on reframing subconscious patterns, soothing the nervous system, and rebuilding emotional resilience.
For professionals dealing with burnout or overwhelming responsibilities, I integrate corporate NLP, mindset training, and high-performance grounding tools to help you find clarity, stability, and confidence.
