About Monisha

I'm a yoga instructor profesional with a 500 hours certification from yoga alliance. I've been practicing yoga from past 5 years and recently completed my yoga instructor training. I'm a follower of traditional hatha yoga and meditation.
I want to take people towards better way of living.

About the class

My classes will include hatha yoga asanas, pranayam, meditation, trataka, stress management, general fitness, weight loss, weight gain.
All the classes will be online only.
All the asanas will be customized according to students' requirements. Class duration will be 1 hour.
