As I'm pursuing my bsc , I have practice of 6 years in yoga , in my free time i teach yoga to others, mediation, pranayama, asanas , relaxing asanas ,for any health issues etc ...I have teaching experience also

About the class

My teaching method is ,I can take both group classes as well as personal classes ,my way of teaching is...first e start with omkara, later warm up exercise,next surya namaskar,followed by asanas and later relaxing asanas later mediation, pranayama etc
