As a native Chinese speaker, I want to focus on your needs. For learning Chinese, I will divide it into five areas: pronunciation, test preparation, Chinese thinking, written Chinese, and authentic speaking. I have carefully designed lessons for each section (but I personally believe that the best way to learn a language is to speak it, rather than relying too much on theoretical knowledge), and I prefer to guide you to speak it. Usually, I will start by chatting with you to understand your strengths and weaknesses in Chinese, and focus on coaching and modifying weaknesses. For those who want to practice speaking Chinese, I will introduce you to many comprehensive authentic colloquialisms, and also explain what some popular Chinese "code words" mean, and how to speak in conversation so that the other person understands more clearly the emotion you want to express. Usually a lesson is 35 minutes, which is the best length I found after tutoring foreign friends too many times, it won't make you feel too tired, there is a lot to gain, we keep the class efficient, friendly, focused and even communicate like friends, if there is any problem in the class, I will solve it well before the end of the lesson, maybe it will be delayed for a while, but it depends on your will. I have three levels of classes: Basic, Comprehension, and Fluency. Basically, if you are interested in Chinese, I can provide you with the appropriate class.
