My passion for Yoga lead me to teaching and healing journey. I have supported thousands of individuals through a holistic lifestyle and yoga based philosophy.
My sessions are based on Hatha, Vinyasa and Patanjali Yoga approach. I conduct holistic fitness, Wellness, weight loss programs, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Pranayama classes. I conduct both group and individual classes. My sessions are curated as per the health concerns and goals of an individual.
