About Larissa

I study Portuguese Language in Brazil and I help to teach refugees at my University. Even though I am an experienced English Teacher, I have a wide understanding of the Portuguese Language and of teaching methodologies, as I have been teaching for 2 years.

About the class

I provide lessons according to the students needs. Therefore, the methodology will vary for each student. It's important to know the student's goals (if it's to speak with someone, to travel, to work, to make small talk, etc). Generally, I offer authentic texts, which can be written or spoken, and study the grammatical structures, vocabulary and pronunciation from them.
