About Amira
After a period of sweets and baking, I really wanted to learn to cook better. As a beginner, I soon ran into a problem: there were countless different recipes for a single dish, with varying sequences and ingredients, and I just couldn't figure out which was best. I have felt completely at home in the kitchen for almost two years now. For me, cooking is creativity and fun. At the same time, I know what you need as a beginner to become confident and relaxed in the kitchen. I love Moroccan, Mediterranean, and Turkish cuisine, and I am also inspired by Indian and Arabic cooking. I would be happy to help you!

In my classes, you will learn much more than just following a recipe. I will help you understand why you choose certain ingredients, how cutting techniques influence taste and texture, and how to make dishes full of flavor. My goal is for you to learn to cook intuitively and with pleasure, so that you can confidently put your own spin on any recipe. The classes will usually last 2 hours, depending on the dish. The ingredients will be readily available. Don't be discouraged if you are a beginner. I take this into account and ensure that these classes are the ideal start for you.
