I teach my student according to there preferences cuisine.
I don't use complicated ingredients and recipes.
And my first class always will be introduction about cuisine you want to learn and availablity of ingredients.

I'm double graduate.
First graduation i did from Hindu College University of Delhi.
Second Hotel management (IHM Bhopal)
Former chef of ITC Royal Bengal.
I did my training from Clark's Avadh Lucknow.

Perfect! Abhishek was a marvelous teacher/chef. My friend and I who took classes with him are not Indian, but we learned a LOT about how to prepare a wide range of Indian dishes.

Abhishek is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. I can recommend him 100% for anyone wanting to be a better cook and wanting to have fun in the process!!

An amazing chef I know personally from my training days who has a speciality in Tandoor which allows him to make mouth drooling tikkas and kebabs and also has an abundance of knowledge. I still use his recipes to make tikkas at home and everybody lick their fingers every time I make them. He can teach you any recipe like it’s the easiest recipe ever. It’s really fun learning from him and you’ll definitely love learning from him!️
