About the class

In an age where our lives are becoming increasingly stressful, we seem to neglect to take care of that which is most important for our well-being, happiness, and success: our minds.

Through sessions that are based on my expertise of Mindfulness Meditation and Psychology, the following are some of the benefits that you may experience based on your personal psychological makeup:

Our initial meeting will feature an informal conversation which will allow me to get an understanding of what your aims and expectations are from the practice of meditation, as well as any other issues that you may feel like mentioning.

Our time together will be comprised of guided meditation sessions based on developing mindfulness, in addition to counseling about any aspect of your life or any emotional issues that you may want to find ways to deal with.

Be aware that meditation is a practice that requires no belief, faith, or any particular religious background. It is merely a tool for training and strengthening the mind.
