Hi my name is Nichet and I Train and Entertain.
I have my Bachelors in Kinesiology along with 20 years of experience in fitness, athletics, and entertainment.
My athletic experience ranges from Gymnastics, Track and Field, Dance, Bodybuilding, Modeling, and Hostessing.

I am your Dancing Queen.
Dance has been my passion for over 10 years. I have experience in beginner and intermediate ballet, intermediate and advanced jazz and hip hop, go-go dancing, heels and twerk, as well as a few other styles.
I have been a dance instructor since I was 17 and have choreographed multiple types of performances.

What I've learned most about the stage is that you need to train to entertain.
The body has always been a passion of mine because our bodies are AMAZING! And guess what?! They actually have a manual to take care of its mechanics.

I started teaching at the age of 17 and have taught ages 18 months-adult.
I began my teaching career as a dance teacher for SMASH Dance Studios when it was in Las Vegas.
I later moved on to teaching dance at Distrct Arts, Just Breathe Wellness Yoga Studio here in Las Vegas as well as in Miami, Florida at Madys Dance Factory.
In 2016 I began Personal Training and have taught at LA Fitness & Push Fitness in Miami, Florida.
Now I am back in Las Vegas, finishing what I envisioned 5 years ago with my companies EmbodYourself Fitness & Wellness and Enlightened Edutainment.
I have been an athlete since I was 5 years old starting in gymnastics, then track and dance.
I have over 20 years of experience in athletics and performance, including my Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology.
In 2017 I began BodyBuilding and now am a Nationally Qualified NPC Fitness Competitor. I am also Professional Dancer and Model.
My professional experience ranges from choreographing for stage performances and music videos, dancing or modeling for photoshoots, videoshoots, fashions shows or special events, plus much more.

I offer many avenues for you to accomplish your goals. First, I just need to know would you like to Train or Entertain?
Afterwards, I like for us to setup and have a formal phone or in-person meeting where we can fully discuss your needs and wants. Then together we can come up with the best plan for you to capture that experience.
My Dance Students have been of all ages, starting at 18 months to adult.
My Personal Training clients have been mostly adults with special health conditions involving asthma, diabetes, and hypertension.
My specialty and predominant focus with my clients is spinal alignment - including equilibrium, herniated discs, spinal inflammation and sport injury related.
My college background studies Sports Medicine in rehabilitation or corrective exercises. My experience in athletics is in functional training, strength conditioning and exercise technique.
I am open to all student backgrounds who have an interest, love or passion for holistic healing, dance or entertainment.
My advice for finding a perfect match in a Coach or Instructor is one that matches your personality, goals, and respects you.
For example, my Coaches (yeah Coaches have Coaches lol) always find a way to inspire me, but of most, they give me a safe haven to be honest with myself and them - no judgement.
You want your Coach to get you excited about your goals and you want to keep the line of communication open for when you're not feeling so motivated.
Also look for a Coach that keeps you accountable and offers the best advice they can find or by their personal experience and expertise.
The ones who give you special attention, details and go the extra mile to make sure you are reaching your goals are the teachers you want.
At the end of the day, you are satisfied with your Teacher and Student relationship because they exemplify the balance you sought after.
