I came from Beijing and speak standard Mandarin. 6 years ago I moved to New Zealand and graduated from Waikato Uni with a master's degree.

Jerry taught Chinese in a very practical way. He started with simple sentence and explained the every character in detail. Once I got familiar with every character there was another simple sentence which had one or two new characters added to the old sentence. Gradually there was short paragraph, then short story. So I felt so confident that I can read a whole story in a few weeks. Just amazing!

I was in middle school when my mum wanted to find me a math tutor. Her friend recommend Jerry to us. I had a test class with him and since then Jerry has been teaching me math for one year. He was always punctual and very patient. He quickly found out my real issues and helped me through by designing different questions. It definitely solved me many questions later on.
