Hello! My name is Yasmin Gadelha. I'm from northern Brazil. In Brazil, I'm a lawyer, but in Los Angeles, where I've lived for 6 years, I'm an independent filmmaker and actress. I speak English and Spanish.

In my classes, I like to teach different concepts not only from grammar books, but also from the colloquial conversations and regionalisms, since that Brazilian Portuguese has many idiomatic expressions and slangs.

Jasmin is a very dedicated, enthusiastic, and supportive teacher. I hired her to practice for a test that was required to demonstrate a certain level of Portuguese. We had regular video sessions over a persons of a couple months. I was able to get the score I needed and get
