In my coaching sessions we blend classic life coaching tools (exploring through talking), somatic practices and breath work (feeling) with energetics and structure (action based, doing!). This way you don't only understand what is going on but you can change your pathway. Any topics are welcome: relationships to others and self, work, business starters and entrepreneurs, communication, boundaries, beliefs, values, health! 60 Minutes Online Session and 2 Days of Messenger Support, to make sure you feel confident in your steps!
