Methodology

Understanding that every individual is different and the pace of learning swimming is highly dependent on an individual's age, personality and how much water exposure they have had before starting formal lessons.
Teaching swimming has to be more than just verbal instructions to learners and managing a crowd. It’s about motivating people and caring about the feedback that every individual provide during lessons.
To develop the special skills needed for swimming, I as a coach aim to inspire confidence, and motivate my students, and Yes- Quality of teaching depends upon the Quality of the teacher.

Children are often given swimming lessons, which serve to develop swimming technique and confidence. Children were traditionally viewed not to be able to swim independently until 4 years of age, but infant swimming lessons are now recommended to prevent drowning. There are many different ways of learning to swim with swimming lessons. There are community centre lessons, semi-private lessons and private lessons.
