Step by step approach in group or one- on- one, to master Freestyle , Back stroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly. Start with basics like swimming posture,balance,breathing techniques.
then move to stroke specific kicking, learning arm action with breathing and finally timing of each stroke.
Competition squad training preparing athletes for competition by refining technical skills, building high-level endurance, and developing a, competitive mindset. Focusing on race strategies, stroke mechanics for swimming, speed and consistency.

Great training tips from an experienced instructor. Naveen was able to design a training program based on my desired results and my ability. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I’d highly recommend for all swimmers.
