About Fara
Fara is a yoga teacher from 1983 - diploma from the French Federation of haha yoga & yoga Nidra from the Bihar School of Yoga.
She is also an Anthropologist specialized in Women and feminine in Hinduism.
She has a good experience in teaching yoga to women, listening to their specificities, their own physical problems.
She is a pionneer is the practice of Nrita yoga. She creates the choreographies .
She was the founder of an association for the promotion of Indian cultures and arts in Southern France

Yoga dance, called Nrita yoga is a choreography made with yoga postures and mudras on soft music or mantras.
Nrita means "pure dance". This was practiced in Vedic age into temples by yoginis, women dedicated to the temple, for them it was like a "divine language".
Nowadays, Nrita yoga is a graceful dance, bringing well being, self confidence and grace.
Nrita yoga gives the opportunity to practice yoga in a team. Yoga is no long an individual practice, it becomes a collective one!!
Classes are open to all levels of practice, no special skills.
