About Arpit
My name is Arpit, and I have dedicated my academic and professional journey to understanding and promoting holistic health through the integrated lens of Yogic Science and Psychology. With a B.Sc. from Shoolini University and M.Sc. in Yogic Science from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, and an M.A. in Psychology from Lovely Professional University, I have developed a strong foundation in both traditional yogic wisdom and modern psychological principles. My passion lies in exploring the therapeutic potential of yoga and mindfulness for enhancing physical, mental, and emotional well-being. During my internship working with individuals affected by Muscular Dystrophy, I gained firsthand experience in applying yogic techniques to support chronic health conditions. My time working with high school students gave me insights into the mental health needs of adolescents and the role yoga can play in their development. Additionally, my three-month experience at Patel Chest Institute deepened my understanding of respiratory health and the integrative application of yoga in medical contexts. I am driven by a deep commitment to serve and heal, using the transformative power of yoga and psychology to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives.
