For a safe and correct introduction to yoga, you can teach your student the following steps: Meaning and Importance of Yoga: Tell them that yoga is not just physical exercise, but it is a medium to connect the mind, body, and soul. Initial Warm-up (Sukshma Vyayama): Before starting the practice, do light stretching and subtle exercises to open up the joints and muscles.
