About Nina
Hi, I’m Nina!
I completed a Yoga Teacher Training in Bali. Along the way, I discovered how much simple practices like movement, breathing, meditation and relaxation can help me manage stress and find my own balance.
Now, I’d love to share what has helped me with others. Whether you need a moment to slow down, switch off from everyday life or simply reconnect with yourself, my aim is to create a warm, relaxed space where you can feel comfortable and be exactly as you are.
I’m friendly, patient and adaptable, and I always meet each person where they are.

Sometimes we know exactly what helps us relax, but still struggle to actually switch off. My sessions are about creating that space for you — without having to think about what comes next or whether you should be doing something else.
I offer guided relaxation, body scans, meditation, Yoga Nidra and gentle yoga, depending on what you need that day. Sometimes you might want to stretch and move; other times, you may simply need to lie down and be guided through deep relaxation. I adapt each session to you.
Sessions can take place online, through audio, in your home or outdoors. Reiki is also available in person. I am a 200h certified Yoga teacher with experience in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation and Reiki.
My approach is gentle, practical and completely non-judgemental. Sessions are suitable for beginners as well as anyone looking to deepen their existing practice.
