About the class

Yoga is more than just bending and stretching. Yoga is the experience of being with the self, Yoga is the union of Body, Mind, and Breath, and in my classes, I will give you the experience of what it is to have our Body, Mind, and breath in harmony.
I will encourage you to do what is best for your body and also challenge and accommodate you to push your limits.
