About Priyanka
I'm Priyanka Mullick, Certified Yoga Teacher & Women Health & Weight Loss Coach.
For many years, I dedicated my life to the fast-paced world of information technology. I excelled in my role, climbed the corporate ladder, and achieved success. However, amidst the constant demands and stress, I began to feel a void deep within me—a yearning for something more meaningful and fulfilling.
Yoga entered my life as a way to find balance and restore my sense of well-being. As I delved deeper into the practice, I discovered its profound impact on my physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I felt a calling to share this transformative power with others.
Drawing upon my experience in the IT industry, I realized that I could merge my two passions—technology and yoga—to provide innovative solutions to corporate professionals. I saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between the corporate world and the ancient wisdom of yoga.
Using my IT background, I developed yoga programs tailored specifically to the needs of corporate professionals. I understood the challenges they faced—long hours at the desk, high-stress environments, and sedentary lifestyles. I knew that yoga could offer them a sanctuary amidst the chaos, a tool to cultivate mindfulness, and a pathway to enhanced productivity and well-being.
By incorporating technology into my yoga teachings, I created online classes that made yoga accessible to busy professionals regardless of their location or schedule.
Through this holistic approach, I witnessed the transformative power of yoga in the lives of corporate professionals. I saw stressed-out executives finding inner peace, burnt-out employees regaining their vitality, and teams fostering a culture of well-being and collaboration.
