About Tristian
I am a former advertising creative who burnt the candle at both ends leading to severe insomnia and burnout. Over ten years ago I retrained to be a naturopath to help fix my own wellbeing issues and it was only when I started to treat patients in my last year of college that I realised that I loved helping others and I had a talent for it. I studied everything there was to know about sleep and helping people find more energy so they could be more productive in their lives and I started my own clinic after working for my local gym as their naturopath. I then was asked to work for some of the best wellness resorts in the world - COMO Shambhala in Bali and Revivo Wellness resorts and wrote books and workshops on sleep and the importance of nutrition.
I am realistic and from first hand experience understand that it's not a one size fits all solution, so I work with you to get to the root cause of your problem and find out how we can incorporate healthy changes into your life.

Prior to COVID I was working for five star wellness resorts teaching guests about sleep and wellbeing. I have now moved into teaching students online and I bring everything that I would have shown you at the wellness resort for a fraction of the price in the comfort of your own home.
It works well because unlike when you undertake a wellness regime on holidays, when you do it from home, we find realistic ways for you to reach your wellness goals.
Lessons last from 1-2 hours and we can work out a program to suit.
I have been working as a naturopath and nutritionist for over ten years now. I have a side specialty in sleep disorders as I used to suffer from debilitating insomnia and so learnt everything I could to fix something that I was told I just had to live with. I have realised that diet and lifestyle play a huge role in not only your wellbeing and energy levels but your ability to sleep as well.
I can work with students of any age and work on everything from lifestyle tips, to work/life balance, dietary advice, exercise program, meditation and relaxation.
