About Melissa

I teach students how to ask for clarification confidently without seeming incompetent, a skill I watched save colleagues from serious misunderstandings more than once myself. Written communication receives real attention too, since accurate documentation matters enormously and carries genuine professional and legal weight in healthcare settings. Cultural context around bedside manner and appropriate tone gets real attention, since healthcare communication style varies significantly across different practice environments. Confidence-building matters enormously here, since hesitation under pressure causes more real problems than actual vocabulary gaps ever do.
