About Justin

A few years ago I was offered information which challenged me to view food from a new and holistic perspective as a chef. I approached this with
a spirit of change, an open mind, and a heart for serving others.

I started by gradually reducing my own daily intake of animal products, replaced by more plant-based foods. In one week of changing choices, the results were rapid and very positive; I quickly noticed being well rested and awoke with greater mental clarity - my skin became more hydrated, and my mood was more peacefully balanced - I worked with an increased
physical endurance, and moved with minimal aching,
feeling fresh, light, and agile.

I learned to embrace the process of ‘less becoming more’, in flavor, in nutrition, and in satisfaction. I maintained steady momentum, motivated by the choice to eat well, the outcome of feeling great, and
the added benefit of saving money.

This choice to embrace plant-based food is truly transformative and continues to be foundational in my approach to food and
a proactive lifestyle choice.

About the class

I offer to teach plant based cooking skills from a well versed professional career as a chef. We can outline a clear plan of action together and simmer your curiosity into simplified and practically applied confidence.
