Hi, I’m Miguel, a certified Breathwork Practitioner based in Stoke Newington, London. While Superprof categorises my sessions under “Meditation,” what I actually teach is breathwork: guided conscious breathing techniques designed to calm the nervous system, release stress, and shift how you feel, physically and mentally.
This isn’t seated silent meditation. It’s an active, guided practice using specific breathing patterns to help you access a deep state of relaxation, process stuck emotions, and reset your energy.
My approach is trauma-sensitive and gentle. Sessions are never forceful or intense. I create a safe, paced space where you’re always in control, and techniques are adapted to what feels right for your nervous system that day.
What we’ll work on:
• Conscious connected breathing techniques
• Nervous system regulation for stress and anxiety
• Breath-based tools for emotional release
• Simple techniques you can use daily on your own
Who this is for:
Anyone dealing with stress, overwhelm, poor sleep, or who wants a structured, gentle space to slow down and reset. No experience needed, and sessions are adapted for sensitivity if you’re working through anything difficult.
I hold a Practitioner’s Diploma in Breathwork, accredited by IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine), ACHH, and ThinkTree. I offer sessions in person around Stoke Newington/North London or online via video call.
