Hey everyone
I am Raj Ram I am doing strength training from last 5 years. Basically iam into fitness and all kinda fitness enthusiast like being fit and healthy i was very skinny & people use to tease me and ik how it feels when u can't gain weight because it is really difficult to gain weight and maintain as well. So I started working on my self used to train every single day with lot of dedication and hard work which helped me a lot to achieve my goal so yeah
I also used to help my friends and family in their fitness journey but now
I have started this professionally . I am trying to help people to achieve their goals in healthy way. One of the best thing I have learned is that it's not important how much you lift its how you lift the form the technique.
