Teaching TTC, Vinyasa Flow, Intuitive Flow, Hatha, and Pranayama classes with up to 22 students while also teaching private clients by request for Swan Yoga Retreat (Bihar School of Yoga); Swan Yoga Retreat is rated one of the best yoga retreats in India.

Effectively taught students about the balance and connection between the body, mind, and spirit; read excerpts from yogi literature, led students in chanting when appropriate, and utilized mindfulness and meditation practices to uplift and recharge students during class.

I met Anand on my trip to india. We were having yoga clases at his beautiful roof terrace in front of the ocean. I was practising mostly Hatha yoga during my time there, but he also introduced me to other different yoga practices and meditation techniques. The lessons with him are beautiful, he is really patient, spiritual and have a calm voice, that make the practice very relaxing and energising. Also, he have an extend knowledge about yoga theories and culture. Since I left India we are doing online clases every morning throw Skype. I really recommend him! Thank you Anand!
