am a final year International Baccalaureate student taking Higher Level Chemistry with offers from multiple universities, including Cambridge, to study Veterinary Medicine. I am predicted the top grade 7 in both Higher Level Chemistry (equivalent to A level) and I achieved grade 9 in all the sciences and maths at GCSE as well as an A (top grade) in additional maths. I have experience teaching in primary schools and being an academic mentor for other students.

My teaching is centred around the student's needs. I have found it effective to start by explaining and going through the specified content, answering questions all the while, before looking at topic questions and breaking them down to highlight the links between the content covered and the questions frequently asked. This is the session style I have adapted from previous feedback combined, and I am always adapting my lessons to meet the specific outcomes students desire.
