About Illy
Hey! My name is Ilenia and a few years ago I decided to leave my corporate career to undertake the path of teaching English, and more precisely Business English. I lived in Cambridge (UK) for ten years, where I graduated in International Business Strategies and worked for various multinationals in corporate marketing. I am a certified English teacher (TEFL) which has allowed me to teach in various fields, cultures, and to different levels. I taught in various contexts and to people of all ages, i.e in classrooms in Thailand, Vietnam, Italy etc to children, teens and adults, and I also taught online to Chinese, Korean and Italian businessmen & women. Given my work experience, I get a lot of demand for teaching Business English. I use different teaching methods depending on the level and age of the person. I play activities with children and teenagers with the help of songs and games. With adults, I do situational activities and a lot of conversation. I use the conversational method to help you develop your communication skills.
