I know Leo from both of us working with adults with additional support needs. She was the staff member I shadowed on my first day. She was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease at the very start, in a work environment that didn't take too kindly to new members of staff.
She was very knowledgeable of her role and was extremely caring to the people she supported. Every time I saw her at work, she was friendly & approachable yet also being professional and hard working. You knew when Leo was on shift, you would trust that things would be done to a high standard.
