About Brahmdev
I have done my M.Sc in Organic Chemistry from Mumbai University, I am also pursuing a PhD in Chemistry of Metal MOFs from Mumbai University as well as CICTL which is a Cambridge Teachers training program valid in 140 countries. I use various Pedagogical methods of Active Learning by using Numerous Active Learning Strategies like Metacognition(Mnemonics,Metacognitive Talks,Picturisation,Class Test wrappers,etc),Co-constructivism for TGT and Flipped Classroom concepts to reduce the Intrinsic,Extraneous and Germane Load off the Higher Grade(PGT) students so that we can both learn Mutually from each other.My goal is to ensure smooth Transition of a Tacit Learner into Reflective Learner by using Various Strategies of Active Learning used Internationally
