Hi, I'm Varsha, a passionate yoga instructor with over 9 years of yoga practice and competitive experience.
I am a graduate of Krishna University and a State and District Yoga Championship medalist. I have been practicing yoga since the age of 12 and have trained students of different age groups through online and personalized sessions.
My teaching style focuses on proper alignment, breathing techniques, flexibility, strength building, stress management, and overall well-being. I believe yoga should be accessible, practical, and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.

Perfect! I have been doing Yoga with Bvarsha from almost a month now. I enjoy the classes and in every class there is something new to try and learn.
