I feel passionately about helping others along their journey in any way I can. I am lucky to have received help in my life that has had an enormous impact on how I live and apply myself day to day. My primary aim is to support individuals in the following ways:
- Uncover and tackle life challenges and barriers, offering new perspectives and gentle guidance to navigate their path effectively.
- Enhance organizational skills for better productivity.
- Cultivate an authentic connection that makes them feel allied on their journey.
In following an ethical practice I hold the belief in referring clients to a more qualified and appropriate professional, if I feel the need arises, to help with mental health issues that require more experience.
