About Pooja

I am an enthusiastic tutor with over 7 years of experience specializing in GED Math for high school students. My teaching style is interactive and engaging, focusing on making math enjoyable and easy to understand. I believe that every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to meet their unique needs. One of my innovative methods is using real-life examples and hands-on activities to help students connect math concepts to everyday situations. I also incorporate technology, using online tools and resources to enhance learning and keep students motivated. My goal is to build confidence in my students and empower them to succeed in their GED Math journey.

About the class

My teaching approach for GED Math is built around 4 key principles: Motivation, Communication, Creativity, and Time Management. I believe motivation is essential for success, so I work to inspire students by setting clear goals and celebrating their achievements along the way. Open communication is vital, allowing students to voice their thoughts and ask questions, which fosters a supportive and engaging learning environment. I incorporate creativity into my lessons through interactive activities and real-world examples, helping students connect math concepts to practical situations. This not only makes math more relatable but also shows its real-life value. I also focus on time management, teaching students strategies to plan their study sessions effectively and manage their time during the exam. In addition to GED Math, I am capable of teaching related subjects, helping students build a solid mathematical foundation for their future studies.
