About Clare
I hold a 1st Class Degree in Mathematics from UCL, and a PGCE in Mathematics with Numeracy from The Institute of Education, UCL. I spent 20 years working in Engineering and teaching Further Education Mathematics, taking a career break to raise my son, but was drawn back to tutoring through helping him develop his love of Maths and science. I enjoy giving back to my local community and volunteer as a maths tutor for The Access Project; offering one-to-one tuition for GCSE and A Level students, for whom it would otherwise not be affordable.

I offer a free 30 minute 'get to know you' session.
I am a GCSE Maths specialist teacher, with over 10 years experience. I offer individually-tailored, supportive online tuition for Mathematics, and verbal & non-verbal reasoning. I hold a 1st Class Degree in Mathematics from UCL, and a PGCE in Mathematics with Numeracy from The Institute of Education, UCL. I have tutored primary and secondary students from schools across North London, worked for Virtual Schools and Alternative Provision across the South East, as well as the National Tutoring Programme. I have a current DBS certificate.
