About Constance
Experienced teacher with several years of practice. I have already taught over 2,000 hours of classes and regularly supported around 200 students. This experience has allowed me to strengthen my sense of pedagogy as well as my ability to effectively transmit knowledge.
To start :
I graduated from an engineering school specializing in fluid mechanics, supplemented by a degree in management. I joined this school after having completed the preparatory classes in higher and specialized mathematics (PCSI/PC*).
I found in teaching what I missed in my previous jobs: human contact and immediate impact. I am an empathetic person, driven by a constant thirst for learning. I am convinced that satisfying this curiosity can only be achieved by also learning from others.

Regarding methodology and pedagogy:
I rely on the course content provided by the teacher, which I supplement if necessary, and I ensure that the student fully understands the concepts so that they can confidently approach the practical application. I adapt to each student by developing a working method with them that suits them, while being transferable to the other subjects they are studying.
As for teaching, I try to adapt as best as possible to the particularities of each student, because everyone has their own way of learning. However, the main idea I want to convey can be summed up in three words: "understanding rather than learning." In my opinion, this is the key to success, but also to the pleasure one can experience by enriching one's knowledge. For example, I always strive for my student to understand the meaning of a formula and to be able to find it by themselves, because this is, in my opinion, the best way to never forget it. I think that the place of "by heart" should remain limited.
