I have traveled the world teaching and performing and I am committed to sharing my knowledge with my students to help them reach their fullest potential!
I have worked with preschoolers through adults of all ages ranging in all levels, including beginners! My lessons are engaging, creative, beneficial, and a super great time! I believe that dance class is a place where individuals get to know themselves and within a safe space. In my dance lessons, you’ll learn to embody movements through imagination, empathy, and art history. As a result, you will learn to grow, listen, feel, imagine, and become aware and respect one another.
I also believe cultivating imagination and sensory sensitivity by direct experiences are also very important within learning dance. Imagery-approach to movements allow students to imagine themselves in an alternative stages to
The development of sensory experiences via awakening five senses is essential because it cultivates students' kinesthetic empathy. I hope students will gain a new perspective on their relationship with the earth.
