About Rashmi
I am bachelor in Textile Designing from Institute of Home Economics, Delhi University and a master in Fashion Design from South Delhi Polytechnique for Women. An artist at heart, I considers it my social responsibility to contribute towards deserving causes, such as a pet adoption drive with street dogs, holding workshops for children with special needs, organizing and showcasing the works of talented artists and craftspeople through various platforms.
Although my core competence lies in textile and fashion designing and murals, I am also adept at graphic designing and content writing on art. I am very versatile and worked on variety of projects like I owned a boutique where I designed women and men wear and organized fashion shows to promote Khadi in support with Khadi Gram Udyog.
Presently, I run my own studio: EXPRESSIONS-The Art Destination, where I teaches, customize and sell Wall Art and Artifacts’ and specialize in Murals and Designer Mirrors.
I am Founder Director of SPEAKING ART FOUNDATION where we provide opportunities to artists at different levels by organizing workshops, camps, demonstrations, art talks, art competitions, performances and exhibitions.

I base my teaching on enhancing the creativity and free expression of my students. I teach them methods and techniques, and at the same time, encourage them to experiment themselves. My sessions are more interactive and less demonstrative. Any one aged 5 years onward is welcome.
