About Anastasiia
Originally from Ukraine, I arrived in Switzerland when I was 15 years old.
From a young age, I have always been interested in a healthy lifestyle, nutrition, psychology, sports, and yoga. This curiosity brought me to study and pursue different approaches to a healthy lifestyle and how we can live a more fulfilled life. So in 2019, I received my diploma as a Nutrition and Well-Being Consultant at the American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA).
Following my training, I developed a Stress Management program which met with success during my last internships. I decided to give private lessons for a more in-depth approach.
I bring together several methods to get you to help you change your habits and improve your quality of life.
