Petroleum Engineering MEng student at University giving maths lessons to GCSE students or younger!

I have known Raja since high school and he has always been keen on helping and explaining complicated topics to others. With a high level of comprehension in various mathematical areas and a patient attitude, Raja will be able to effectively explain and build upon simple concepts to help others form a much better understanding of higher complexity topics. I am confident that he will be of great help to students of all capabilities in maths.

Azlan would make a great tutor due to his supportive and trustworthy character. Having known him for the past year and being his elder by 3 years, I was impressed with his willingness to help peers on his course (Petroleum Engineering). Azlan is likeable, easy to talk to and humble. He also has the ability to put himself in other peoples shoes which was illustrated during the various activities he undertook during his first two years at university. These are key traits for a trustworthy person and as a masters student, it can be seen that Azlan exudes professionalism which will benefit him in his role as a tutor.

Raja was my tutor for Mathematics during my GCSEs and A-levels. He is very passionate about teaching and always endeavours to make learning a fun experience. He has a great way of explaining complicated maths problems and if it wasn't for him, I would not have passed my GCSE or A-level Maths.

Being Raja's friend I have seen that he has always been trustworthy and he helps when he can. Going to University with Raja I know how academically capable he is and how effectively he is able to explain key concepts to others that needed the help keeping in mind they are understanding what he is saying. I can say confidently that Raja knows his stuff and can effectively and efficiently convey these concepts.
