I am a personal trainer, with experience in martial arts for more than 10 years. I have experience teaching children (from 4 years old) and adults. Individual and group classes for people with or without previous knowledge of martial arts and / or sports.

I give classes of 1 hour and a half, where I teach not only karate techniques, but also exercises to strengthen and tone muscles + traditional discipline guidelines of the martial art itself. The class is divided into 3 parts: -Warm-up -Techniques and forms -Calm down, stretching and stretching with breathing exercises

Hola Profee! Juanita me daba clases de Karate, por cuestiones de distancia no las pude seguir tomando, pero fueron increíbles meses de aprendizaje , super recomendable!
