I have learned a lot from vikash Sir.. My fitness nd punctuality is just because of his guidance..thnkuu sr.. I wish I could learn some more kicks nd techniques for self defence

Vikash is an excellent guy alongwith being a expert of Taekwondo. I have seen how he puts all his effort in his job and makes sure that minutest to minutest thing be clear. Vikas is a great trainer in self defence ..i know him from the college days ..we used to watch his performances in taekwondo matches..he has a good knowledge in this field ..he explains everything so easily ..he is creative in his training and keeps student always motivated .
